Front Office Executive
to be the face of our clinic and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients/clients in a warm and professional manner.
Manage front desk activities including appointments, patient registrations, and inquiries.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other staff for smooth clinic operations.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
Maintain patient records, billing, and data entry in ERP/CRM systems.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Assist with administrative and support tasks as required by the management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Any discipline).
Experience:
0-3 years in front office/reception/customer service (Healthcare or Wellness preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
English, Tamil, and Hindi
(Telugu is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Pleasant personality, good grooming, and a positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
