Core responsibilities

Guest reception:

Welcoming guests warmly, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and providing information about hotel services and amenities.

Reservations:

Managing room bookings, modifications, and cancellations.

Communication and coordination:

Acting as the central point of communication between guests and other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests.

Financial management:

Handling guest accounts, processing payments, and managing billing from check-in to check-out.

Problem-solving:

Addressing guest complaints, concerns, and requests efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.

Information management:

Maintaining guest records and handling messages and mail for guests.

Revenue generation:

Upselling services like room upgrades or late checkouts to increase profitability.
Other key duties

Concierge services:

Assisting guests with various needs, such as booking tickets or providing information on local attractions.

Lost and found:

Managing and securely storing lost and found items until they can be returned to the owner.

Room status management:

Keeping track of room availability and status.

Front office maintenance:

Ensuring the lobby and front desk area are neat and well-maintained
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
