We are looking for a warm, organized, and responsible
Front Desk Receptionist
to join our veterinary clinic . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for pet parents and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations at the clinic.
This role requires strong communication skills, empathy toward clients and animals, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet pet owners and visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and phone inquiries
Maintain patient records and update data using MS Excel / Google Sheets
Coordinate with veterinarians and support staff
Handle billing, invoices, and basic front-desk documentation
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Communicate clearly and empathetically with concerned pet parents
Desired Skills & Qualities:
Graduate (Commerce / Arts / Science preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Good English speaking and client communication skills
Emotionally mature, patient, and empathetic
Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
Willing to work in a veterinary hospital environment
Love for animals is a strong plus
Preferred Candidate:
Female candidates preferred
Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or customer-facing role is an advantage (but not mandatory)
