We are looking for an experienced and well-presented
Front Office Executive
to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and hands-on experience in handling calls, emails, and basic Excel work.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and route incoming
calls and emails
professionally.
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests at the reception.
Maintain front office operations, visitor logs, and daily records.
Support the sales and admin teams with routine office coordination tasks.
Prepare and maintain basic reports using
MS Excel
.
Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2-4 years of experience
as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist
Job Timings :
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM + 6 days working
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pleasant personality with a professional approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
