We are looking for an
experienced receptionist
to manage our front desk and office communication. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, organized, and capable of handling students, parents, and daily office operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting visitors, students, and parents in a professional manner
Handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Maintaining front desk records, appointments, and schedules
Assisting counsellors with documentation and office coordination
Managing basic office administration work
Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
Graduate (or 12th Pass with strong experience)
1-2 years of receptionist/front desk/office assistant experience
Good communication skills in
English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, Google Search)
Pleasant personality, punctual, and responsible
