Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins; route inquiries to appropriate departments
Maintain front desk decorum and ensure a welcoming environment
Schedule appointments, manage meeting calendars, and coordinate with internal teams
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, courier management, and stationery inventory
Support HR and admin teams with documentation and onboarding coordination
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
Assist in organizing office events and client meetings
Requirements:
Female candidate with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front desk or customer-facing roles (real estate preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in English and Hindi; Punjabi is a plus
Well-groomed, punctual, and professional in demeanor
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
