Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Schedule meetings and appointments as needed
Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
Assist other departments with administrative support when required
Keep updated records of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
