The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing incoming calls, transferring them to the right person, greeting visitors, and handling basic office data and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and transfer incoming phone calls to relevant departments
Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate staff or meeting rooms
Maintain visitor logs and basic office records
Assist with data entry and updating internal trackers
Forward emails or messages to the concerned person
Support admin tasks like filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
Skills Required:
Good communication and telephone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, email)
Organized and detail-oriented
Friendly and professional attitude
