Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the concerned departments.
Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
Keep track of attendance and visitor logs.
Support the HR/Admin team when required.
