Front Desk Executive
to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will handle front office operations, greet visitors, manage calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and students with a positive attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and inquiries.
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
Handle emails, messages, and basic documentation.
Support the team with scheduling meetings and managing front office supplies.
Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Well-groomed, polite, and professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
Qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
