Key Responsibilities:
Handle front desk operations, greet parents, and manage daily enquiries.
Attend parent walk-ins and calls with a soft-spoken, polite attitude.
Maintain admission records, inquiry sheet, follow-up list, and visitor updates.
Manage student attendance, fee details, and coordinate with management.
Maintain a positive, calm, professional environment at the reception.
Handle basic administrative tasks and support the branch head as needed.
Requirements:
Female candidate with good personality and professional dressing sense.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Must be soft-spoken, confident, and presentable.
Good command over Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.
Strong follow-up skills for inquiries and admissions.
Prior experience in school/education sector preferred.
Ability to coordinate with teachers, parents, and vendors.
Must be organized, punctual, responsible, and good at multitasking.
