Mail and Deliveries
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.

Office Coordination
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Monitor office supplies and reorder when necessary.
Security and Visitor Logs
Maintain visitor sign-in logs and issue visitor badges.
Notify staff of guest arrivals and ensure compliance with security procedures.
