Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and visitors with a smile and assist them politely
Speak confidently in
English
when talking to guests in person or on the phone
Handle check-in and check-out processes smoothly
Answer calls, emails, and guest questions
Update booking records and manage room reservations
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Handle payments, invoices, and maintain cash records
Keep the reception area clean and organised
Assist with daily admin and front desk duties
Requirements:
Must be able to
speak and understand English
clearly
Prior experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service is a plus
Basic computer knowledge (email, billing, room booking software)
Well-mannered, professional appearance, and punctual
Ability to work a full shift (12 hours) and handle guest needs calmly
