We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage our front desk, handle a variety of administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.

Pay: ₹8,098.55 - ₹18,000.00 per month
