Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk and reception area professionally
Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests courteously
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations
Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and client handling
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks as required
Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a
Front Desk / Receptionist role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in
MS Office and basic computer operations
Ability to multitask and manage calls and visitors efficiently
Presentable personality with a professional attitude
