We are looking for a

Counter Sales Executive

to handle walk-in customers, explain fitness services, and convert inquiries into memberships. The role focuses on

sales, cross-selling, and upselling

while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Attend walk-in customers and handle membership inquiries Explain fitness programs, memberships, and pricing Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets Perform cross-selling and upselling of services and add-ons Maintain customer records and follow-up with prospects Coordinate with trainers and internal teams
Eligibility & Requirements

Graduation mandatory Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Comfortable with target-based sales Good communication and persuasion skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
