Hygge Energy is looking for a smart, polite, and well-organized
Receptionist
to manage the front desk and provide administrative support at our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and should represent the company in a professional and welcoming manner.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and accurately.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is neat, organized, and presentable.
Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Assist in basic administrative and office support tasks.
Coordinate with housekeeping, facility, and security teams when required.
Support HR and Admin teams with day-to-day office activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and behavior.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
