The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manages front-desk operations, handles calls and inquiries, and provides basic administrative support to ensure a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors professionally
Answer and route calls and emails
Schedule appointments and meetings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Maintain visitor records and manage mail/couriers
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Provide administrative support and assist with client coordination
Keep the reception and meeting areas organized
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma preferred
Prior receptionist or front office experience
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Professional appearance and customer-focused approach
