Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary:
We're looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations in our medical facility. You'll handle patient inquiries, scheduling, and administrative tasks while ensuring a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction:
- Greet patients, answer queries, and provide assistance.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle billing, insurance paperwork, and payments.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Communication:
- Relay messages to healthcare providers and coordinate with departments.
- Manage incoming calls and emails professionally.
- Operations:
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Assist with inventory and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: 12th pass or equivalent;
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and medical software.
- Ability to handle multitasking and maintain composure.
- Experience: Prior experience in a medical setting (preferred).

Online consultation plus attend medicine parcel call
Backing of main telecalling data ( older than 6 months )
Direct enquires to the right team or employee
Provide administration support like photocopying or filing documents.
Maintaining medicine stock.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
