Office Manager cum Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally Greet and attend to customers, visitors, and clients Manage front desk and reception area Maintain day-to-day office operations Schedule appointments and manage calendars Make follow-up calls to clients/customers when required Maintain office records and files (physical & digital) Prepare and update reports using MS Excel Handle emails, correspondence, and basic documentation Coordinate with staff and management for office requirements Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Polite, professional, and customer-friendly attitude Basic computer and email handling skills
