Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests professionally Handle guest enquiries, reservations & walk-ins Support lounge sales activities and membership promotion Coordinate with operations team for smooth guest experience Maintain front desk records, guest data & basic reporting Handle billing coordination and POS support (if required)

Ideal Candidate Profile

Good communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality with professional grooming Basic sales knowledge and guest-handling experience Comfortable with targets, upselling & customer interaction Willingness to work in shifts
