Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and ensure a positive first impression
Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier coordination
Maintain visitor records, logs, and office documentation
Coordinate travel arrangements including ticketing and hotel bookings
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
Coordinate with vendors, track AMCs, and follow up on service requests
Oversee housekeeping staff and pantry operations
Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and office areas are well maintained
Manage office supplies and inventory, raise purchase requests when required
Adhere to company policies and maintain office discipline
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or Administrative Executive
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and customer-focused approach
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Preferred Skills
Experience in vendor coordination and office administration
Familiarity with travel bookings and facility management
