1. Responsible for Front Desk Support and assist in day to day office administration.
2. Answers telephone courteously and receive and relay messages appropriately.
3. Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit, alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee.
4. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issue.
5. Assist in the planning, preparation of meetings, conference shall arrangements and support senior executives travel arrangements and operational support activities.
6. To develop and maintain a filing system
7. Perform administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, photo copy, drafting letters and managing courier packages.
8.Taking Care of General administrative responsibilities of the office and day to day office work.
9.Maintaining proper checklist related to housekeeping activities
10. Procurement and Inventory Management. Managing day to day purchase of office requirements, preparing purchase request order and getting approval, maintaining inventory stationary medicines etc and maintain record at the same time.
11. To supports Administrative Staff with event preparations; sending out mailings, attendee list and material preparations.
12.Overall event management activities
13 .To update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
14.Checks bills pertaining to front desk for accuracy and ensure timely payments.
15.Supporting Director in her day to day work as and when assigned.
16. Any other work appropriate to the post.
17 .To perform other clerical receptionist duties as directed by the company.
18. Co-ordinate with Vendors for facility management services (Housekeeping, maintenance and Billing)
