Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Maintain visitor records and manage front desk documentation.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and support daily office operations.
Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and professional appearance.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, phone systems).
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Prior front desk or customer service experience is an advantage.
