Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet every visitor with a smile, verify their purpose, and direct them accordingly. 2. Manage incoming/outgoing phone calls, take accurate messages, and route calls efficiently. 3. Handle email inquiries, respond promptly, and keep records organized. 4. Oversee visitor check-in/check-out system (logbooks, ID verification, badges). 5. Coordinate meeting room bookings, maintain calendar updates for staff. 6. Manage office supplies - track stock, reorder essentials, keep the front area tidy. 7. Perform basic administrative tasks: data entry, filing, preparing documents, printing. 8. Assist with light HR duties (attendance tracking, distributing notices, onboarding paperwork). 9. Ensure security protocols are followed (access control, emergency procedures). 10. Provide excellent customer service - resolve queries politely, escalate issues when needed. Requirements: - Diploma/degree in Office Administration, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 1+ years of receptionist/front desk experience. - Excellent verbal & written communication (English + local language a plus). - Strong computer skills: MS Office, Google Suite, any reception software. - Professional appearance, calm under pressure, great multitasking ability. - Ability to work flexible hours (shifts if needed).
