We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused
Front Desk Representative
to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage the front office operations, providing administrative support and ensuring all visitors and callers receive a warm, efficient, and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests and visitors as soon as they arrive at the office, directing them to the appropriate person or office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner, taking messages where necessary.
Manage the office calendar for common areas, and schedule meetings and appointments as needed.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Perform basic administrative and clerical duties (e.g., filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing).
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
Assist with other administrative tasks as requested by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Proven work experience as a Front Desk Representative, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
A High School diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,746.42 per month
