Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Administration background preferred)

22 - 30 years
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist in a corporate environment
Computer Knowledge:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately
Maintain visitor records and handle incoming/outgoing courier
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure cleanliness of reception area
Assist HR and Admin teams with day-to-day operational support
Handle basic office correspondence and administrative tasks
Other Specific Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and well-groomed appearance
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
CTC Budget:
?22,000 - ?28,000 per month
