Job summary
We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our organization, the ideal candidate will be welcoming, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
The Hospital Billing Executive is responsible for managing and processing accurate billing for outpatient, inpatient, and emergency services. The role includes preparing patient bills, handling insurance and TPA claims, reconciling payments, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with hospital billing procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist all incoming patients and visitors promptly and courteously, providing information or directing them to appropriate departments.
Ensure patient intake forms are completed accurately and assist patients who need help with paperwork.
Collect co-pays, process payments, and issue receipts, balancing cash drawers and reporting discrepancies when necessary.
Monitor patient flow in the waiting area and communicate delays or changes to both patients and clinical staff.
Coordinate transportation services or assist with patient mobility needs when required.
Prepare and organize daily appointment schedules and maintain logs of patient visits and cancellations.
Support patient discharge processes, including follow-up appointment scheduling and information distribution.
Respond to emergency situations calmly, following hospital protocols to alert the appropriate personnel.
Update electronic medical records (EMRs) with accurate and timely information.
Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
Liaise with insurance providers for eligibility verification and authorizations.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area, arranging reading materials, sanitizing surfaces, etc.
Coordinate with interpreters or translation services when necessary.
Assist in preparing administrative reports, memos, or correspondence as needed by hospital administration.
Attend departmental meetings and training sessions to stay updated on procedures, systems, and hospital policies.
The front desk must ensure that a feedback or review form is collected from each patient, whether IPD or OPD, before they leave the facility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
