Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-oriented
Receptionist
to manage the front desk and handle client interactions for a real estate firm. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will assist in coordinating communication between clients and the sales/management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Provide basic information about real estate projects and direct clients to the concerned sales executives.
Maintain records of visitors and daily appointments.
Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and organized.
Handle administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, documentation, and scheduling meetings.
Coordinate with internal departments for client follow-ups or documentation.
Support the HR or Admin team in day-to-day office operations (if required).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi (Marathi preferred).
Presentable personality with a pleasant attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or front-office roles preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
