Job Description

As a Front Desk Receptionist in a medical field, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing them with a welcoming and supportive experience. You will handle front desk operations, answer inquiries, manage appointments, and assist with administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide information and answer inquiries about services, procedures, and facility policies. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Manage patient records and update schedules to minimize wait times and maximize efficiency. Verify and update patient information, ensuring accurate data entry for billing and records. Collect payments and provide receipts Answer incoming calls promptly and handle inquiries Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary informational materials. Ensure a calm and respectful environment to support patients' comfort and privacy. Provide general administrative support to medical and administrative teams

Education:

Graduation

Experience:

Prior experience as a receptionist, especially in a healthcare setting, is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
