Patient interaction:

Greeting patients, providing information, addressing concerns, and ensuring a comfortable experience.

Care coordination:

Collaborating with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless patient care and acting as a liaison between patients and medical staff.

Administrative support:

Managing appointments, handling registration, processing billing and payments, and maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.

Patient education:

Providing information about treatment plans, procedures, and services.

Quality assurance:

Monitoring patient care practices, ensuring compliance with regulations, and helping to improve processes.

Communication:

Handling inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and de-escalating emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism.
