Key Responsibilities
:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
Maintain the reception area by keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for senior management and department heads.
Coordinate courier services and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Provide general administrative support to various departments when needed.
Manage office supplies and ensure stock is maintained.
Handle visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company protocols.
Skills and Qualifications
:
Compulsory: Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist
or in a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
A professional appearance and demeanor.
