Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly attitude.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding memberships, facilities, and services.
Manage membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
Maintain accurate records of members and update databases as needed.
Process payments for memberships, personal training, and other services.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for fitness classes, personal training, and spa services.
Monitor check-ins and ensure all members comply with club policies.
Assist in promoting club events, programs, and special offers.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked with informational materials.
Handle member complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate with trainers, staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
1 to 4 years in a front desk, customer service, or receptionist role (preferably in a health club, gym, spa, or hospitality industry).
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
