Front Desk Receptionist

to be the face of our organization and ensure a welcoming and efficient front office experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth Manage incoming and outgoing calls with courtesy and efficiency Handle front desk administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and coordination Oversee courier services and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of packages Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed Coordinate with internal departments for guest arrangements and meeting room bookings Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of guest management and telephone etiquette Proficient in front desk operations and administrative support Familiarity with courier handling and reception-related logistics Graduate in any discipline; certifications in Hotel Management or Hospitality are a plus Excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
