Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive and schedule appointments for all departments as applicable
Book local and international DHL couriers
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/courier packages
Maintain manual staff attendance log and contact logs in database
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Keep track and take care of office electronics and maintain record of stock
Assist Manager in admin activities as and when required
Manage IT related tasks (new Sim, new broadband, renewals, activations etc)
AMC (AC, Printer & IT)
Preparing of cash vouchers for peons on daily basis
