Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields
Requirement:
3+ years of proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive
Phone dialer/Transfer line experience
Polished appearance and excellent communication skills in English and regional language(s).
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Call & email handling
Managing visitors & guest's
Handle reception area
Coordinate with office team for any meeting schedules or guest
Courier, parcel receiving & sending to appropriate person
All other reception/front desk related duties
