Manage front office desk operations with professionalism and warmth.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings.
Manage office supplies, courier, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain visitor records and ensure reception area is presentable.
Assist with basic office coordination and support senior management as required.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (Age up to 35).
Minimum 2-4 years of front desk/receptionist or admin experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
