Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
Manage incoming calls, redirect them, or take messages.
Maintain the visitor log and issue visitor passes.
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
Administrative Support:
Provide support to the Admin/HR/Operations team.
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
Assist in coordinating and organizing internal meetings, events, and conferences.
Handle petty cash and maintain expense records.
Monitor cleanliness and coordination with housekeeping and facility vendors.
Maintain records and databases, both physical and digital.
Handle data entry and document preparation (letters, memos, reports).
Support onboarding of new employees (ID cards, desk setup, etc.).
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service attitude
