Front Desk Receptionist to join our real estate team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and support our agents with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate agents.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
Schedule and confirm appointments for agents and clients.
Perform general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, office organization).
Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a receptionist role is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
