Visitor Management & Customer Service

_

Greeting Visitors:

Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Managing Access:

Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges to control entry.

Providing Information:

Answer inquiries from visitors and provide basic, accurate information.

Communication Management

Answering Phones:

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.

Managing Mail:

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Email & Correspondence:

Handle incoming emails and manage general correspondence.

Administrative Support

Scheduling:

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting room bookings.

Office Organization:

Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary materials.

Clerical Tasks:

Perform various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.

Operational Tasks

Office Supplies:

Monitor office supply levels and order replacements when needed.

Meeting Support:

Assist with arranging catering for meetings and making travel arrangements for staff.

Liaising with Staff:

Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and other office staff as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Language:

English, Hindi, Marathi (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
