Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; provide accurate information when required.
Manage front desk activities, including handling correspondence, receiving packages, and maintaining visitor logs.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier services.
Support Administration with office management tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
