Key Responsibilities:
Reception Management:
Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and vendors in a polite and professional manner.
Call Handling:
Manage incoming calls, route to appropriate teams, and maintain clear communication.
Client Coordination:
Assist clients with inquiries, collect details for new walk-ins, and follow up on pending queries.
Order & Job Support:
Coordinate with production/design teams for job updates and requirements.
Payment Handling:
Accept payments, maintain records, and issue receipts/job confirmations.
Balance Recovery:
Follow up with customers for pending payments and update accounts.
Tele Sales & Follow-ups:
Call potential and existing clients to explain services and offers.
Customer Review Collection:
Request and record reviews from satisfied customers (offline & online).
Front Area Management:
Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of reception area.
Visitor Log & Security:
Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with security as needed.
Daily Learning:
Watch a 20-minute assigned training video and share learnings with the manager.
Daily Client Conversion Target:
Convert a minimum of 5 customer inquiries into confirmed orders per day.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Pleasant personality with professional grooming
Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
Strong follow-up and sales abilities
Punctual, disciplined, and self-motivated
Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred
