Qualifications
.Serve as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and staff.
Manage a phone system.
Welcome and sign in visitors in Visitor Book.
Maintain a neat, organized reception area.
Schedule and manage meeting room reservations.
Having Experience in Typing. (Marathi, Hindi, English).
Performing basic data entry tasks, filing documents, and maintaining records.
Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for employees or guests.
Receptionists are the first point of contact for all deliveries, including letters, packages, and courier shipments. They receive these items, check them in, and r packages to the correct individuals or department.
