Key responsibilities:
1. Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Coordinate with physiotherapists, yoga and Pilates instructors to understand and accurately represent the services offered.
3. Handle walk-in enquiries and respond to phone and social media messages professionally.
4. Assist with appointment bookings, follow-up calls, and scheduling sessions.
5. Manage payments and update client records.
6. Maintain accurate records of attendance, client enquiries, and follow-up interactions.
7. Maintain studio ambiance, cleanliness, and hospitality at the front desk.
8. Assist with minor administrative and studio support tasks.
9. Handle new client orientation and trial session coordination.
10. Follow up with clients regarding renewals and feedback.
11. Provide assistance in marketing activities, event coordination, and client communication (when required).
