Job Description

Greeting and Welcoming Visitors:

Professionally greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.

Answering and Routing Phone Calls:

Answer calls, screen them as needed, and forward them to the correct person or department.

Managing Appointments and Schedules:

Schedule meetings, update calendars, and manage appointment bookings.

Handling Mail and Deliveries:

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.

Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area:

Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.

Administrative Support:

Perform tasks like filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents.

Providing Information and Assistance:

Provide information to visitors and answer their inquiries.

Managing Security:

Follow security procedures, monitor visitor logs, and issue badges if needed.

Ordering Office Supplies:

Maintain inventory and place orders for office supplies.

Other Duties:

May include assisting with travel arrangements, scheduling interviews, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
