Key Responsibilities
Visitor Management
*: Warmly greet, assist, and direct students, parents, staff, and visitors; maintain visitor logs and security protocols.
Communication Hub
*: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; manage general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Administrative Support
*: Handle filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and managing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
Scheduling & Records
*: Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars; maintain updated records and databases.
Office Maintenance
*: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary stationery and forms.
Departmental Coordination
*: Support other school departments with clerical tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication

Technical
: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), office equipment (printers, scanners).
