Key Responsibilities

Visitor Management:

Greet, welcome, and assist visitors professionally, directing them to the right person or place.

Communication Hub:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; handle emails and messages.

Scheduling:

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments, meetings, and events.

Administrative Support:

Copy, scan, file documents; manage data entry and update records.

Mail & Deliveries:

Sort and distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing packages.

Office Upkeep:

Maintain a tidy reception area and monitor/order office supplies.

Basic Inquiries:

Provide general information about the company, services, or hours.
Essential Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Proficiency with office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office). Ability to handle confidential information.
Common Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a receptionist or similar role is often preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
