Respond promptly to guest queries, requests, and complaints with a solution-driven approach.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest needs.
Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality and data accuracy.
Manage
cashiering duties
, billing, and payment settlements.
Answer and redirect incoming calls professionally.
Ensure lobby and reception area are presentable at all times.
Support daily reports, shift handovers, and administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Any Degree (preferred)
Experience:
0-2 years in Front Office / Guest Service (Hotel or Resort experience is a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in shifts
