Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters, etc.). Maintain visitor and employee attendance records. Handle

travel arrangements and ticket bookings

(flights, trains, hotels, cabs, etc.) for employees and management. Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies. Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare meeting rooms, and assist in organizing company events. Ensure the reception area is tidy, well-organized, and presentable at all times. Assist HR and Admin teams with day-to-day office operations as required.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

3-4 years

of experience in front desk, administration, or customer service. Knowledge of

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

and basic office equipment. Experience with

travel booking portals

and vendor coordination is an advantage. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

.

Presentable appearance

with a professional and courteous demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
