The Front Desk Support Associate serves as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing front office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The associate will handle inquiries, provide administrative support, and maintain a welcoming environment at the reception area.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, parents, staff, and students in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly.
Maintain visitor logs, issue ID passes, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for staff and administrators.
Provide support in handling correspondence, filing, and documentation.
Assist with basic HR/administrative tasks such as distributing forms, collecting documents, and updating records.
Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and office supplies inventory.
Support event coordination and logistics when required.
Ensure the front desk area is organized, presentable, and equipped with necessary materials.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative support roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
